This past Thursday, we found ourselves without power once again — but this time, it was a planned outage with what we hope will be lasting improvements. In my August 5 Thoughts From the Publisher column, Entergy Needs to Improve Their Infrastructure, I highlighted the persistent power outages along Highway 23 from the Belle Chasse Bridge to the Naval Air Station.
