MONTROSE TWP. – During the Tuesday, Aug. 18 meeting of the Montrose Township Board, Clerk Steven Schlicht talked about the Tuesday, Aug. 4 election. He described it as an “interesting election.” Schlicht reported that 631 people voted in the Hill-McCloy High School gymnasium. There were 114 who participated in early voting.
