Belkin recalls 83,500 power banks and charging stands due to lithium-ion battery overheating risks, with one U.S. fire reported and additional incidents internationally.
- Belkin International Inc. is recalling about 83,500 portable power banks and wireless charging stands in the United States, an action announced Thursday.

- Belkin said the recall covers MMA008 wireless charging stands, BPB002 and PB0003 portable power banks, with one U.S. fire and 15 incidents including $37,765 in damage and minor burns.
- Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled devices and contact Belkin using recall number 26-090 for a full refund or store credit, with refunds matching receipts or average sales price plus 20% extra credit.
- The recall includes 2,385 units sold in Canada, with affected products available at Best Buy, Target, Walmart, and online at Belkin.com, Amazon, and TikTok; manufacturing origins are Vietnam and China.
