Two people were injured in a fire on a sailboat off the coast of Urk, Omroep Flevoland reports. The regional safety authority, Veiligheidsregio Flevoland, said an explosion on board may have preceded the fire.The pair were pulled from the water by the KNRM rescue service and taken by ambulance to a hospital. Their conditions were not known.
Multiple emergency services have been called out due to an incident on a ship near Urk. According to a spokesperson for the Flevoland Safety Region, there may have been an explosion on board.
