The new return law, adopted this Friday in the Council of Ministers, aims to speed up the expulsion of foreign citizens found in an illegal situation. For a "regulated and humanitarian policy we must integrate those who come through legal channels and those who have been placed in the hands of illegal immigration networks," Prime Minister Leitão Amaro concluded.
