The race between the Civic Coalition and Law and Justice remains remarkably close. A new party poll by the Pollster Research Institute for "Super Express" shows that the largest opposition party has a slim lead over Jarosław Kaczyński's grouping, but it is Civic Coalition that holds the top spot in the August poll.

The Civic Coalition (KO) has overtaken Law and Justice (PiS) with 32 percent support, according to a poll by the Pollster Research Institute. Jarosław Kaczyński's party, in turn, could count on 30.88 percent of the vote. Konfederacja (Confederation) rounds out the podium with 12.84 percent. According to the poll, three parties would be excluded from the Sejm.
