Saab is increasingly establishing itself in the Polish arms market. Poland recently purchased two Saab 340 AEW early warning aircraft from the company. They have already entered service with the Naval Aviation Brigade in Siemirowice. Both aircraft are actively involved in airspace surveillance near the Polish borders with Russia and Belarus.
