Police: Woman attacks victim with a glass bottle in Rockford

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Angelica Royalty, 35, for allegedly attacking a woman with a glass bottle. Officers were called to the 1100 block of South 6th Street for reports of battery on August 25, around 10:20 p.m. The victim told authorities she was attacked earlier in the day at 7th and 10th Avenue.
