Police: Snowmobiling while drunk might be on decline in Mohawk Valley

With more than a foot of snow on the ground in many places across the Mohawk Valley, the snowmobile industry has been booming — and local law enforcement is keeping up. Officials in Oneida and Herkimer counties have said there is a noticeable increase in riders obeying the rules of the trails.
