Ashdod police station officers and SAHR Brigade fighters located computer stations used for gambling and detained a number of those involved. All residents of the area were detained for questioning. "The forces are acting proactively and determinedly against the operation of illegal gambling houses, which are a hotbed for criminal activity," said Senior Lieutenant Ronen Amram.
