ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) - Police in Rockford have arrested a man they say physically assaulted two store clerks before stealing money from their cash registers. The first robbery occurred just before 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2025, in the 3700 block of East State Street.
