(KRON) -- Multiple eastbound lanes on the Bay Bridge were shut down due to police activity Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP). Eastbound lanes 1 and 5 of I-80 just west of Treasure Island were closed. As of 7 p.m., all eastbound lanes have reopened. However, Lane 1 going westbound on the bridge remains closed.
