Rio de Janeiro’s police have killed eight people accused of being part of a drug-trafficking gang during an operation in a low-income neighborhood.
All the deaths were part of the crime led by Bruno da Silva Loureiro, accused of having ordered brutal torture and then killed a 21-year-old youth.
