OAKLAND — Police have identified a 29-year-old man killed during a North Oakland shootout earlier this month. William Earl Robinson, 29, was shot and killed around 9:40 p.m. March 4, on the 600 block of 61st Street in Oakland, police said. No arrests have been announced but police are still investigating the incident.
