A bicyclist was struck and killed by a teenager on a dirt bike on the Rickenbacker Causeway Friday night, Miami Police Officials said. On Monday, authorities confirmed that the dirt bike rider is 14. The crash happened around 8:20 p.m. in the eastbound lanes of the causeway when the man on the bicycle was struck.
