DOUGLAS COUNTY — Police say a four-county narcotics investigation titled “Operation Eastbound and Down” netted four arrests and a large quantity of fentanyl, methamphetamine and other drugs in three cities, including their alleged chief suppliers based in Bridgeport.
According to the data, Fidel was in charge of a faction of the Sinaloa Cartel (CDS), with operations in San Luis Río Colorado and the Mexicali Valley; he was reportedly arrested last weekend.
