Police arrest woman after shots fired in southeast Rochester

ROCHESTER — Rochester police responded to a report of shots fired Monday night, April 1, in a residence in southeast Rochester. Around 9:40 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 700 block of Seventh Avenue Southeast.
