STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A 37-year-old man was driving under the influence of drugs when his vehicle smashed into two parked cars in a hit-and-run crash in Sunnyside, authorities allege.Peter O’Neill of Sheffield Street in West Brighton was driving without a valid license when the crash occurred on the 1000 block of Clove Road on June 7 at about 6 a.m., according to the criminal complaint.
