Police activity closes MD 702 ramp to I-695
ESSEX, Md. — Police activity has closed a highway exit ramp in eastern Baltimore County. At around noon on Friday, the Maryland State Highway Administration advised that the ramp from northbound MD 702 to the inner loop of I-695 in Essex has been shut down. There has been no word on when the ramp will open. Motorists should use caution in the area.
