Polenske pleads not guilty to felony child abuse, resisting arrest charges
Ashley Polenske, 37, of Oakdale appeared for arraignment, Sept. 30, in Antelope County District Court. She pleaded not guilty to a Class IIIA felony charge of child abuse/no injury, and resisting arrest-1st offense, a Class I misdemeanor. The Honorable Michael Long continued bond at $5,000-10%, with all previously ordered conditions in effect. Polenske will appear Oct. 28 for a pretrial hearing....
