Representatives of the European Commission have assessed that the milestones in the Payment Request 3 have been partially fulfilled, which will lead to an allocation of about 1.3 billion euros out of the total amount of 2.02 billion euros.

Romania will receive 1.3 billion euros from the payment request no. 3 of the National Recovery and Resilience Program (PNRR), following the partial suspension. The European Commission has suspended payment for unfulfilled reforms, including special pensions and the governance of state-owned companies.
