PENNSYLVANIA (WTAJ) -- The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) announced that residents will have the opportunity to purchase bottles of rare whiskeys through its Limited-Release Lottery. Pennsylvania residents will have until 5 p.m. Friday, Aug. 8, to opt into one or more of the lotteries by visiting the Limited-Release Lottery website.
