Pitbull Will Attempt Guinness World Record For Most People Wearing Bald Caps During BST Hyde Park Show

Organisers announced that Pitbull, singer and producer, will attempt a Guinness World Record for the largest gathering of people wearing bald caps at BST Hyde Park on July 10.
After Radio 1's Greg James floated the idea on air, Pitbull texted to express interest, while the fan group 'The Bald E's' has spread viral footage of bald caps over the past year.
Under Guinness rules, bald caps must be secured with hair tucked at the front and top, and all participants must gather simultaneously for at least one minute, Guinness World Records adjudicator Will Munford said.
Tens of thousands of festival attendees are being asked to wear bald caps to break the record, with BST standard capacity 65,000 and special guest Kesha joining Pitbull among other BST headliners.
Pitbull's global reach is reflected in over 25 million studio albums sold and more than 60 million monthly listeners as he gears up with U.S. shows starting April 24 before Europe on June 23.
