There was a water outage in parts of Berlin on New Year's Eve due to a broken pipe. However, the supply should be restored by midnight.

On New Year's Eve, of all days, the water supply failed in several parts of the capital. According to the Berlin water company, a burst pipe was responsible.

In Berlin, the New Year celebrations were temporarily disrupted by a burst water pipe. Several districts reported that there was no tap water or that the water was only coming out of the pipes with low pressure. But the problem was quickly found.

Parts of Berlin are currently without water supply. Residents from several districts reported that it is no longer working as usual.

From January 2, cities in the north of Donetsk region will again be left without centralized water supply.
