Pipe bomb thrown at armoured vehicle in Far South - Thai Newsroom

On April 2, 2025 at approximately 9:00 p.m., an incident occurred where an assailant threw a pipe bomb at an armored vehicle of the 4th Infantry Regiment, while it was returning from patrolling the area. The incident occurred in front of Ban Mai Fat School, Waeng District, Narathiwat Province. Initially, there were no injuries or deaths. The personnel have now returned to their base safely.
