King Philip VI has urged to see what lessons can be drawn from the fight against the fires that have ravaged Spain this August to "be stronger in the future", as he said this Thursday to the neighbors of Medeiros, in Monterrei (Ourense). There, he and Queen Letizia have gathered at the school.
Neighbors of the Ourensano municipality of Verín and authorities were on Thursday in charge of transferring to the Reyes the impact that the fires have on the population and the rural environment, as well as the recovery efforts that take place after the wave of fires that ravaged the province of Ourense.
