Gonzalo Galván Beltrán, 55 years old and a U.S. citizen of Pharr against whom there was an arrest warrant pending for aggravated kidnapping, was arrested at Hidalgo International Bridge, reported Rick Pauza, spokesman for the Border Patrol (CBP).
