During the Two Sessions of the Chinese Communist Party, Shanghai petitioner Li Qin was abducted from Beijing on March 1 by thugs hired by the authorities and taken back to Shanghai, where she was detained in a black prison. Every time she entered or left the black prison located in Qingpu District, she was hooded and her hands and feet were bound with duct tape. She was detained there for 14 days.
