Petition to Stop Tom Simpson’s dangerous dog walking business

I am intimately familiar with the community of Chevy Chase/Bethesda, having spent years serving its needs and tending to the beloved dogs of its residents. However, this much-loved responsibility of mine has been sullied due to the actions of a dangerous man - Tom Simpson, owner of Community Happy Dogs.  I was once an employee of Mr. Simpson, but resigned two years ago in response to his consisten
