The State Audit Office (SAO) did not fail to fulfill any of its statutory duties during the European Court of Auditors (ECA) investigation into the development of the Southern Ring Railway, the office said in a statement, responding to the government briefing on Friday.
According to the President of the State Audit Office, the Prime Minister is unaware of the powers of constitutional institutions and is unfoundedly attacking the State Audit Office in the Southern Ring Railway case.
