An Ocean County man entrusted with watching a French Bulldog fatally shot the animal, investigators said.Officers from the Berkeley Township Police Department responded to a Lyford Court home shortly after 9 p.m. on Oct. 3 after a caller told them her one-year-old French Bulldog, Ruby, had died after they dropped her off at a family member’s house, according to a statement from the department.
