WINCHESTER, ID — Emergency crews responded to a vehicle fire Tuesday afternoon at the intersection of U.S. Highway 95 and Talmacks Road near Winchester. According to the Winchester Volunteer Fire Department, the call came in at approximately 2:46 p.m. Crews arrived to find a vehicle fully involved with flames and heavy black smoke.
