Barak is survived by his wife Shimrit and their two daughters, Noga and Maya. He worked for Rafael, volunteered for reserve service in the paratroopers and dedicated his life to the security of the country. "He chose to serve and contribute to the country - out of love for the country," the head of the Emek Jezreel council paid tribute to him. His funeral will be held tomorrow at 2:00 PM at the Ba'adi Cemetery.
