PERHAM — Life changes. When those times of change arrive people have choices. Angie (Werner) Fudge chose to run. In the beginning, she ran to relieve anguish, then stress. Now, she runs with a goal to complete a marathon in all 50 states before she turns 50 in July of 2026. She has completed 42 states.
