Pepper Spray Deployed After Man Assaults Officer During Arrest

Officers had to use pepper spray to get a handle on an unwelcome man who got rather feisty with them. A 911 call came in around 2:20 this morning from someone in the Foran Street area who said a man who was known to them had showed up and kicked their door in.
