Peoria's Coats for Kids drive by Salvation Army marks 40 years

PEORIA, Ill, (WMBD) -- It's that time of year, in the Midwest we start thinking about getting the coats out. But not all children have even one. The Salvation Army Coat's for Kids drive aims to make sure every child in the region stays warm this winter.
