PEORIA, Ill. W(MBD) -- A judge ordered a man held pending the outcome of allegations that he illegally possessed a handgun last week. Rico Jackson Jr., 20, appeared last week in Peoria County Circuit Court on the sole charge of aggravated unlawful possession of a weapon, a felony that carries a three-year maximum prison term.
