Penticton woman celebrates 100 years with family and royal certificate

At 100 years, Rosemarie Richard hasn’t lost any of her independence or creative spirit. She celebrated her birthday on May 7 at Sun Village Retirement in Penticton, where her family had come out to give her a special surprise visit.
