A Pennsylvania driver was charged after a crash that killed an electric scooter operator in Newark, New Jersey, Thursday afternoon, authorities said.Paulo Gomes Jr., 36, of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, was charged with second-degree vehicular homicide, according to a statement from the Essex County prosecutor’s office.
