SHAMOKIN DAM — PennDOT has modified the completion schedule for the entire Central Susquehanna Valley Thruway (CSVT).The mainline still is expected to open in late 2027 as previously announced, but the Route 61 connecter into Sunbury will not be finished until the following year.
