Former primary school teacher groomed boys by pretending to be a teenage girl
- Daniel Fuge, a 38-year-old former primary school teacher, was jailed at Mold Crown Court on March 31 after being convicted of offences against two boys.
- Fuge, posing as a 16-year-old girl online during the summer of 2021, tricked two boys into sending intimate images and videos.
- Fuge incited a 13-year-old boy to send naked photos and a video of a sexual act, and a 14-year-old boy to send naked photographs, later leaking the first boy's video online, which led to bullying at school.
- Fuge was sentenced to seven years for inciting a boy to engage in sexual activity with penetration and a further three years for the same offence without penetration, while police found category C indecent images of children on his devices in Wrexham.
- Fuge received a 10-year jail sentence, a ten-year sex offender register order, a ten-year sexual harm prevention order, and an indefinite restraining order prohibiting him from contacting his victims, and is now barred from working with children, leaving the boys "broken" and their families fearing for their well-being.
