Pedestrian left with serious injuries after Evansville hit-and-run

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) -- Police say a pedestrian was left with serious injuries after a hit-and-run in Evansville. Officers say the man was hit by an SUV while crossing the street at the intersection of Columbia Street and North Evans Avenue. Police say it happened Tuesday night. According to officers, the victim was taken to the hospital by two good Samaritans.
