ORLAND PARK, ILLINOIS, JUL 12 – Orland Park police are reviewing surveillance and seeking witnesses after a pedestrian was fatally struck in a hit-and-run on LaGrange Road, officials said.
- A pedestrian, identified as Issa A. Arabi, was fatally struck in a hit-and-run incident late Friday night in Orland Park along LaGrange Road near the 18400 address range.
- Arabi, 22, exited his car after a previous crash when a vehicle hit him and fled, while a second car also struck him and stopped.
- Orland Park police found Arabi unresponsive around 11:40 p.m., pronounced him dead early Saturday, and closed LaGrange Road with Tinley Park assistance.
