BURKE, Texas (KTRE) – At 1 p.m. Friday, May 30, the Angelina County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a pedestrian being struck by a vehicle on Hwy 59 in Burke. DPS troopers and sheriff’s deputies responded to the scene, which was in the area south of Stringer Road.
