A 20-year-old pedestrian was critically injured today when he was pinned between an unoccupied vehicle on the side of Kamehameha Highway in Haleiwa and a second vehicle that veered off the roadway.

Pedestrian injured in collision during Summer in the City festival

A young woman was taken to hospital following a collision in the Giant Tiger parking lot during Steinbach’s Summer in the City festival Saturday evening. RCMP say the incident happened at 5:46 p.m. when a 19-year-old male driver struck a barricade and a pedestrian.
