PORTAGE, Pa. (WTAJ) — A Portage veteran was surprised with a medal ceremony to thank him for his service in the Korean War. Members of 95-year-old Bill Grove's family gathered at the Portage American Legion to honor their father and grandfather for his service overseas. A luncheon was held in his honor for the occasion.
