ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO) — Rockford Police arrested Heather Meton, 27, for allegedly attacking a nurse while being restrained. On Feb 20, around 2:30 a.m., officers were called to UW Health Swedish American Hospital on East State for an aggravated battery report.
