CNews' lead host on Saturday estimated that his colleague Sonia Mabrouk had "found the right words" by taking his distance from Jean-Marc Morandini's continued presence on their channel despite his conviction for corruption of minors.
On 15 January, the Court of Cassation rendered final the conviction of Jean-Marc Morandini for corruption of minors, for messages of a sexual nature sent to three teenagers between 2009 and 2016.
Sonia Mabrouk had been the first to express her unease at the channel's decision to keep the host, convicted of corruption of minors, on the air.
On Tuesday, CNews' journalist and host said that she did not endorse Jean-Marc Morandini's continued airing despite his conviction.
According to the channel's star, his colleague "found the right words" by taking his distance from Jean-Marc Morandini's keeping on the air despite the latter's conviction for corruption of minors.
