Partying Youths Beat up a Homeless Man in Sopron

The Győr High Court of Appeal successfully appealed the verdict in the case in which a homeless person was the victim. According to the final facts, the defendants had a party with their friends in Sopron in October 2023, during which they drank alcohol and used drugs. There was a pavilion near the party venue, and two homeless people spent the night there.
