Online retailer Temu responds to complaints and changes website

The Seco goes through: the online retailer Temu adapts its website. What is changing for Swiss customers now.

The Chinese platform Temu modified several elements of its interface as a result of demands made by Seco. Seco had requested adjustments to ensure greater transparency and protect consumers. Considering that Temu complied with these requests, Seco did not provide for legal action against the collection company Whaleco Switzerland, the intermediary of the platform.
